I love Rosemunde Piltcher. Her books take me into a land that I would love to visit. When I read her work, I feel her words reaching into my imagination with ease and I feel as if I am there, a part of all that is going on.

When I read Janette Oke's books I always feel as if I want to be a better person! You can find them in the section Inspirational Fiction and they do inspire me! Another great thing about her work is she writes several series. I have read everything she has written and I would read more if I could get my hands on it!! These are books that I can also read to or with my girls. The focus may appear to be romance but it is actually about women who focus on the being the best they can be for their husband, children, and communities. They are very uplifting and encouraging. I cry, laugh and get back behind on housework when I read these! LOL

I Love Ted Dekker. He is a Christian based writer who has several different writing styles. My favorite is the Circle series that starts with "BLACK". It is an Indiana Jones type read full of action, adventure, romance and fantasy. He aslo writes a Heaven series that is very inspirational and emotional.
